The company is registered with the nature of activities defined as Spirit Manufacturing and Marketing with the registrar of companies to carry out the said liquor business.

We started in 2014 as a proprietor firm after initial 2 years of operations we incorporated into Limited firm in June'16.

Head office is at Patiala, Punjab and National Corporate office is at New Delhi. KBDL also having her sisters concern by the name of Bacchus Enterprises Limited a 27 years old Bottling Plant Unit, situated at Ludhiana, Punjab

KBDL brought 6 licenses for states to start with initially - Punjab, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh & Delhi (Imported Beer License).

Total in above 6 states, we did the Sales Volume of 1,23,500 cases / cartons in our First SalesYear'17.

After the successful year, in 2018 KBDL applied and got licenses for more than 20 states as blow :

In starting years of the operations, KBDL had tie-up with many Bottlers (Bottling Units) in different states for smooth functioning of operations, who are scattered across the country owned by various entrepreneurs.
